Taking a listen to new rock this week and deciding if it's a smash or if it ends up in the trash bin

The first hour is part of the New Wave Marathon where I'm doing the New Wave of British Heavy Metal. The second hour is Trademark the Title. 

It's been a long week that has felt like a month. While I was trying to come up with ideas, this is the one that just came to me and felt "easy" to do. We can be like Stewart and decide if they really rock or need to be sent to the trash bin.

I found more Trademark the Title songs, so that's what we're going with.

I'll be in the car so it's going to be a road trip play list heading into songs that make me think of Summer

Songs with Murder/Death/Kill and derivatives in the title.

This list may be subjective, but we're going to listen to the original and the cover and see that the cover is better. 

We're playing Guess the Connection again, this time a little less cerebral and more of a personal connection

Back from vacation and instead of doing Trademark the Title, we're playing Guess the Connection. I'll be playing groups of songs and you have to decide what the common thread is.
