Joel grew up on the North shore of the big lake they call Gitche Gumee, he got his first radio in 72, of course it was to listen to the Canada Russia Summit Series.Self proclaimed Overlord of the VRN Canadian operations. Played a few instruments, or tried to, until the Lord spoke and said, “put the instruments down son, here’s a stereo” Deejayed in the club scene for a decade, enjoyed the  bands, the girls and the lifestyle, sadly it was time to grow up and the rails called.
